Nice post and very informative. Coffee is good for health and has so many benefits. It is good for skin and also helps to burn fat quickly. Coffee makes us active all the day so it is good to drink coffee daily.

Got me thinking about people who drink decaf...to me it's like near beer. Someone who doesn't want a buzz, but really enjoys urinating...lol.

I could not do without my lattissima pro from nespresso. i love the amount of different coffees they have and how many different ways you can make them with machines like this. i drink 3-4 a day. love my coffee.
