Haven't tried kratom yet. I'm still not convinced.
I was a little skeptic myself. I work Graveyard and good sleep is hard to come by. The enhanced bali is kickass. A little before sleep and a little when I wake up to get the day going. I tried all the other over the counter sleep aids and the melatonin, nothing comes even close to kratom.
Kratom is that herbal tea thing yea? I looked into one but wasn't sure if I'd drop the money for it
Second the Magnesium .. get the complete spectrum, with magnesium orotate , magnesium gluconate , magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium phosphate
