Good post Deadpool. The worst thing about kidney issues is there aren't many noticeable side effects.
Foamy urine is one that I noticed myself so I had a urine test and it came back OK.
I read a lot of info on Kidney/Diabetes websites and found these 2 tests below.
They aren't covered in my normal Bloodwork that I get done with the sports doctor so I'm going to get these done by my normal GP. After doing a lot of reading on this over the last month, It's my opinion that anyone using AAS should get these simple tests done. Your liver has the ability to repair after a crazy Superdrol cycle but your kidneys DON'T. Nobody wants to be on dialysis for the rest of their life.
Learning about water retention, blood pressure and hydration seem to be of utmost importance too.

2 Simple Tests To Check For Kidney Disease

Urine Test
You could help save your kidneys with a simple urine test. Ask your doctor about Albumin Creatinine Ratio (ACR) which estimates the amount of a type of protein, albumin, that is in your urine.

Blood Test
The Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) tells how well your kidneys are working to remove wastes from your blood. It is the best way to check kidney function. Over 90 is good, 60-89 should be monitored, less than 60 for 3 months indicates kidney disease.
