I have used the Life Source UA-767 for several years now. It has been accurate and works great. This goes on your arm and offers different cuff sizes, batteries last a long time on two AA. Cost around $40 to $50 and then depending on your arm size another $15ish for a larger cuff.

      hope this helped, good luck..
