my thing is why use something that may harm us when we can use an effective vitamin to fix our problem b-5 has worked for many people.

i was told that dandruff shampoo helps with acne and i tried it and it did help a lot when i was on cycle! worth a shot

Accutane is not healthy, but it helps. But i agree with you 100% for EVERYTHING IS TOXIC!

I use OXY acne pads (salicylic acid) after a shower and before bed on my chest, shoulders, face, neck, behind ears...and this seems to help me.

I also started using anti-bacterial bar soap in the shower and this has helped too.

Not 100% effective but does help minimize the acne.

As long as I keep estrogen under control I don't have any problems . When I have had breakouts witch hazel helped. A friend of mine swears by charcoal soap, Biore makes one.
