Like others said... melatonin can be found at any pharmacy, grocery store or walmart within the vitamin aisle. I believe tgey usually come in 5mg tabs and id suggest taking as little as possible. I used to take melatonin religiously and it seemed to disrupt my natural ability to sleep. It works amazing though if you are troubled with restlessness at night
