I've been growing one for the first time. It's maybe 4 inches down past my chin now. I also use the same shampoo/conditioner I use for my hair, but I do have some oil I need to use more often. Can definitely tell a difference when I use it. Should probably make that or something like it a habit before it gets too much longer.

I'm a woman so I never had a beard but all I know is that some of my colleagues who have one kinda stink (well their beard does). I don't know if it is caused by a lack of care .....

I use head and shoulders men. It stops any itchiness and dry skin underneath, I use a beard oil every few days after showering while it's still damp it also helps so I can shape it. If it needs a lot of hydration I apply melted coconut oil and leave for a few hours.

I just started growing mine...well trying to anyhow lol.
Longest I've ever gone without shaving is about a full month. It just doesn't wanna seem to grow in full altho I do get a fairly heavy shadow. It's been 2wks and have it shaped up evenly on both sides but I do wanna grow it out ala ZZ Toppish haha! Is there anything you guys suggest to make it grow fuller or thicker other than not touching it at all...oils or conditioning?
i'll rest between sets when i'm dead...buried...and forgotten.

Staightrazors.com has the best beard oil I've ever used.

Hey there! Beard are the most raw thing any man can own and grow. But, beard demands proper care. Poor lifestyle and improper diet can affect your beard growth. In order to tame and maintain it, one can use beard products. Just apply beard oil into your beard, 30 minutes before jumping into shower, you can see positive results after this step. Also, make sure to use a mid beard shampoo or beard wash, exclusively made for beard. Inclusion of beard wax in your daily grooming routine can work wonders as it softens your beard and leaves a fresh scent which lasts all day long. Home remedies like applying eucalyptus or argan oil can be effective. All in all, if you own a beard, you have to maintain it.
