i suggest . go to like vitamin shoppe and get a magnesium glycinate or citrate. citrate may cause u to shit for the first 5 days, its a quicker absorption where glycinate is more time release sorta thing as ive read. they have a higher bioavailability that will increase absorption
i was s supplement guru before TRT. magnesium also lowers cortisol
i think 600mg is ur daily value, either twice a day or all at once. it may makeu very tired though
Thanks for the info. I take it to sleep. Calcium works hand in hand with magnesium. You need it to absorb properly. So, keep that in mind.

Yes sir! I got my father loading up for the decalcification properties and the list of benefits of Magnesium supplementation are jaw dropping. I've been researching Magnesium for a bit lately. My wife has been having a battle with migraines and it has gotten worse in the past year. Magnesium is shown to be lower in people with migraines also when the migraine is triggered. Magnesium has helped her tremendously more so in the oil form.
CHECK OUT Magnesium Oil aka Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes. The best come from the ancient zechstein seabed. You can make the oil from the flakes at a super low cost per serving. 1:1 ratio mixed with heated distilled water....1 cup of flakes to 1 cup of distilled water. Mix together and let cool then put in a spray bottle. 4 sprays is equal to 66mg of high absorbing Magnesium. Its transdermal absorption has a very high bioavailability than thru the gut. Not saying that oral ingestion is worthless; i still use Magnesium Citrate at night to help me sleep and taken at night the Magnesium stays in the intestines for a longer period of time thus increasing bio availability and yes high doses of Magnesium Citrate at 500mg and above will clean you out!
Magnesium Oil helps with muscle soreness from the gym and now many trainers are using it for sports injuries for athletes. Magnesium oil acts as a vasodialator where its applied, so even for a deep tissue massage its fuckin awesome! People add it to a bath but it takes like 4 cups of the flakes which is pretty wasteful compared to making the oil. Also works as a natural deoderant and it works. Just don't apply after shaving!
Check it out Brothers!!! 80% of the population is deficient on Magnesium and Calcium levels have never been higher. Rewind 100 years ago and it was the opposite.
Also check out Magtein! It was developed by a couple MIT grads and they trademarked it. It's the only form of Magnesium that crosses the blood brain barrier. It's not cheap but has cognitive benefits including memory, recall, learning ect.
It's seems to be helping people with Alzeimers and Dementia. Which I feel for anyone who has a family member going thru that terrible shit.

Great info on this thread and great study Pain. Too right the benefits of magnesium are almost endless but as mentioned it's also important to keep the balance of other minerals too. Maintaining that homeostasis is important
I got some magnesium from walmart and I took it for a few months and got bloods and my doctor said 'what supplements are you on' and I told her magnesium and she said I need to discontinue it immediately as my iron was through the roof and it was going to cause some problems. No idea what the deal with that is. It definitely wasn't an iron supplement, it said magnesium on it. Freaked me out.
