Limit or halt your consumption of sugars and alcohol. Other than the ability to commit cell "suicide" and exit the body, another one of your defenses against rogue cancer cells is your immune system. When it identifies a cancerous tumor, it attacks and eliminates it from your body. But if your immune system suffers, the rogue cancer cell becomes invisible to the immune system. You need to take away their ability to be invisible.
Pancreatic enzymes eliminate the ability for cancerous cells to be invisible to the immune system. Excess sugar and alcohol diminish pancreatic enzymes and fuel the cancer cell, increasing your chance of cancer. Don't overindulge!! Excess sugar and alcohol cause many, many health issues.
Limit consumption of inflammation-causing fats (or cut them out altogether). Eat vegetables...colorful vegetables. If you don't like veggies, blend them up with a little fruit and cinnamon. No veggies can equal lots of cancer. Eat all kinds of vegetables, they are loaded with phytochemicals that help your body by inducing cell suicide on cancerous cells, when needed.
