I didn't see a hemoglobin and hematocrit. Cholestrol levels arnet bad at all actually bro. I look at these levels all day long. Hdl could be better. Hardest to improve as well. Fish oil, krill is better, and beta glucan and fiber will help a lot.
Wine and exercise for the HDL. OBVIOUSLY, you exercise, but cardio is better for HDL. Donating blood won't help with creatinine levels. Drink lots of water, stay away from NSAIDS. Get kidneys checked again. The most concerning thing there is the creatinine of 1.41 not the cholesterol.

Large quantities of.muscle mass, high protein, and hard exercise lead to high creatinine levels. There is a formula for heavily muscled athletes. To me the concerning numbers are hdl. Cod liver oil seems to be one of the best
