So, this blood work was done "natty"? No testosterone, nothing? If so, you should get in to see an endocrinologist yesterday. Just my two cents.

I’ll discuss the thyroid with the doctor when I get back from the lake. In the meantime I’ve already ran 300 MG of test c, this week. She knows that, so hopefully we can figure it out. Blood panels were taken prior to my injections, not since.

Its ur body so u can DUI what u like with it really.
But no one that knows anything about gear is going to recommend that u take any gear until the issue with ur est is figured out.
If uve got serious estrogen issues without taking gear (it appears u do) adding gear to it is literally the worst thing u could possibly do
What is ur goal behind taking 300mg test c weekly?
How are u planning on pinning it?
Is this for trt purposes or a cycle?
Tbh it sounds like u need to do a crap load of research before taking any P.E.D.'s

Guys, thanks for genuine concern. I appreciate it and will most certainly get thoroughly checked out. Yeah, I may have put the cart before the horse prior to starting, but outside of “getting older” stuff, I have NO symptoms of high estrogen, so it wasn’t even a thing for me. My friends have been cycling for years and I’ve spent plenty of time training.
i looked into doing test as a trt having my 6 healthy kids out of the consideration process. Also done plenty of research....300 was the number I landed at to start and adjust as needed. I don’t know what the perfect # is and won’t ever pretend to. If you do...sign me up brother! Just don’t appreciate getting poked in the chest like I shouldn’t even be here. For those of you that shared actionable advice...thanks! I will definitely get checked out

Nobody poking that i saw. Hell i'm pretty sure anyone could agree that if anyone could benefit from the knowledge in bop it would be someone like u.
Just understand its pretty much impossible to help someone effectively without having pretty much all the questions u were asked answered beforehand.
For example now that ik ur speaking in regards to trt and ur test lvls are already decent i would definitely say that u don't need to do 300mg of test for trt.
I started trt 6 yrs ago on drs orders cuz i had the test lvls of an 80 yr old man.
Yeah my test lvls were about 1/5 of what urs currently are. One blood test c as me bsck with my test bellow 150
And even with my test t hg at insanely low i was put on test cyp 200mg a week pinned 100mg twice a week.
That was more thsn enough to raise my test well over 1000.
With ur test as high as it is 300mg is basically doing a beginners cycle.
If uve done the research and are basucslly ok with just being on test for the rest if ur life then yeah u can start trt. But even if u do start 309mg is not a normal trt dose by any means.
200mg to 250mg is pretty much as high as it goes.....esoecially if its dr. Prescribed trt.
U might be able to find a rare dr thats willing to prescribe 300mg but even that dr knows that the dosage hes prescribing u is above the norm.
Most trt drs wont put u on trt at all with test lvls that high.
If my test lvls were naturally that high i wouldn't even do trt. Makes no sense to intentionally make the conscious decision to to fk up my natural test production when i can easily cycle on and off and maintain gains as long as ik what im doing and i lead the proper BB lifestyle to maintain my gains.

UPDATE...
Met with the nurse practitioner reviewing the blood work yesterday. It turns out their EST “normal” range is 40 – 115 pg/ml, so while my estrogen is high at 147… It doesn’t appear to be as high as the normal 20–50 range ( I realize, that window varies from lab to lab )I don’t know if that’s a labcorp thing or what.
Suffice it to say, I am relieved about that anyway.
Now onto the thyroid. She said my numbers indicated a hypothyroid condition that she would want to test/treat further and sent for a more extensive panel specifically for thyroid.
My question is, given there is plenty of data correlating high estrogen and hypothyroidism as a vicious cycle, what if the high estrogen is CAUSING the thyroid condition? Any thoughts on using an AI before going into thyroid treatments? While she is doing me a solid by running the labs for me, I’m assuming she is not an endo specialist, so what if in fact, the chicken is the Estrogen and the thyroid is the egg? Thoughts or comments are most welcome. Thanks!
BTW Oldskool, I appreciate you man and I know you were just out for a brother’s best interest and health. I’ve decided to reduce dosing to 250 MG per week and cycle as you suggested as an option. I would be welcome to anyone with experience who would be willing to mentor moving forward. Thank you all again and God bless...
