The simple answer is yes.
However there are other aspects to it that require a bit of research to really get an understanding of any possible long term affects of aas use on the prostate.
If prostate enlargement is a big concern for you then another reason doing ur own research on it is a good is there are other drugs that can be taken to mitigate prostate side effects. Drugs such as avodart, flomax even tadalifil (Cialis)
The use of a single daily dose of tadalafil to treat signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and erectile dysfunction
I've heard it mentioned that taking the sarm RAD140 stacked with aas can help to alleviate prostate enlargement issues as well as add extra gains on a cycle.
However, for the record I have done no real research on this particular topic myself.
I love getting anecdotal information from all my fellow bop members but I always look at actual clinical research whenever possible.

Yes but be aware that low levels of test can also cause enlargement of the prostate.

Anyone with BHP should understand there are surgeries now that dont screw up your ability to ejaculate, or cause any ED problems. Not long ago, if you had BHP one of your few options was to get cut one which almost always resulted in problems screwing.
Research Rezum surgery for prostate and Uro Lift for prostate. They are both for enlarged prostate, but it depends on what part of the prostate is enlarged as to which one is appropriate.

The aging process alone can cause BPH.

Most of the time it’s e2 related. Control you e2 and you should be good.
