I get winded, headaches etc. I could care less what the number is, I care how I feel. For instance I feel fine at the 135/80 range which would be considered high for someone 27 and in good shape. But I’m not worried about it because I personally feel fine.
Overall I’m extremely skeptical of te sick care system as a whole. It exists for one reason and that’s to line the pockets of the drug companies. My Dr has Lexapro signs all over his office and oddly enough every single person I know that’s gone in there said he tried to put them on it. Myself included...

The concept that BP is not the problem but the symptom was very interesting. In overweight middle age adults it would be presumable due to an unhealthy lifestyle placing stress on the cardiovascular system. Poor diet, smoking, sedentary lifestyle, alcohol consumption, etc.
For our purposes it would be due to the exogenous hormones presumably? If that’s the case then there should be less cause for concern as we know the cause. So when we come off the stressor is removed and BP returns to normal. Would that be accurate or am I way off? Lol
