So I keep getting damn sinus infections and or colds. What are the best things to take and do to boost your immune system?

I will second the glutathione. If you can get it in inject form, you're golden.

Just a few random thoughts about your question
1.) Regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep go a long way towards boosting your immune response.
2.) Alcohol (in excess), tobacco, poor diet, and excess stress weaken your immune response.
3.). Sounds simple, but being conscientious about regular hand washing is about the number one thing you can do to minimize germ transmission
