It sucks my HDL levels down to a very unhealthy level. Even if I pound cardio and take omegas. My body just doesn’t respond well to it. I actually get dizzy taking this shit so I avoid it.
Exemestane all the way for me. Super good for PCT too in my experience.
IMO there are just better options with less negative sides

100% what Popeye and Bear said on the adex, the body seems to like asin much better. Prolactin thrives in an estrogen rich environment and without bloods, you don't know where the problem lies. No judgement brother, but most people have to run test higher than a 19nor in a cycle to avoid the dick issues and have ai and possibly caber in place. That's why the research is so important before you start pinning because then you're just playing catch up fixing problems.

Hey man, Not sure if theres any way around the blood work, did you look into privatelabs, you have to be careful because crashed E2 and high E2 could present with similar symptoms.

Reading all the above, you have some great advice.
My advice before you do anything, is the same. Go to doctor or get some labs online to see blood values.
