So during my offseason/bulk/maintenance cycles, I usually do cheat meals every Friday and dub them "Friday Night Food Shit". Figured I would post up what I eat here every Friday evening, feel free to post up your cheat meals as well...the more, the merrier!
Last night's food...Fried Chicken x Corn Bread x Double Truffle Fries x Mac & Cheese from a restaurant called The Eagle, followed by Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies x Chocolate Chip Cookies x Cinnamon Rolls x Hudsonville Vanilla Ice Cream. My girlfriend and her mom also enjoyed the food so it wasn't all me lol, in all cases, my girlfriend partakes in these Friday Night meals because she diets similarly and lifts hard 6 days out of the week.
