Looks like your fat requirement for the day is going to get filled early, lol. I actually try to get some in after my Supps ; cardio routine . Then eat Tons of lean protein, complex and fibrous carbs , simple/complex post weights. I actually cut up some brisket and diced potatoes with a side of 1 egg w 5 whites . I think it was around 2.5 lbs of food earlier! Lol Delicious,I was craving a corned beef hash skillet!![emoji108][emoji123][emoji122]

Yes that I’s turkey [emoji884] bacon [emoji1641] little leaner than pork snd 2 eggs and 4 egg whites lol! I was starving that was actually my second meal,I got up at 4am starving and I drink a protein shake and eat one all grain waffle with sugar free syrup.so I might have cheated a little lol!! I’m getting better everyday with my meals,just taking me a little time to get used to everything again especially after nearly 3 years off dieting then try and hit it right again is tough for this old fool [emoji849][emoji33][emoji33][emoji2957][emoji2957] what matters is I know I’m gonna finish good [emoji469][emoji469][emoji469]
