Looks like your fat requirement for the day is going to get filled early, lol. I actually try to get some in after my Supps ; cardio routine . Then eat Tons of lean protein, complex and fibrous carbs , simple/complex post weights. I actually cut up some brisket and diced potatoes with a side of 1 egg w 5 whites . I think it was around 2.5 lbs of food earlier! Lol Delicious,I was craving a corned beef hash skillet!!
