Also take a baby aspirin everyday, will help thin the blood out a bit.
Just donated :)
When the lady did the finger prick test she told me my hemoglobin level was 191 and said I was good to go. I thought over 190 is REALLY bad no? I'm on daily aspirin so lied about that and was well hydrated .
I'm confused about all this and curious how long it takes to feel better after donating?
Thanks for all the help you guys :)
Well it's been about 15 hours since I gave blood and I do feel quite a bit better now. Odd heart palpitations are mostly gone, racing heartbeat for no reason...nothing so far, no dizzy spells when laying down and blood pressure feels lower now too(high normal is my usual). My new mission in life is heart health so lots of changes are going to be made very soon :)
Donating blood will help, I personally have to give or get tested weekly due to some other issues. I'd skip the baby aspirin personally.
One thing you might also consider is if you have sleep apnea. A lack of oxygen in the blood will also cause this. I had to go on a cpap last year to help with my issues. It did make a difference.

I was having high hemocrit levels with just TRT and I donated like 3 times and now even on cycle my Hemocrit or stays normal ,but my hematologist helps me with my AAS use so he is very cool 😎 with it and helps me watch it close he told me after abkut 2 - 3 donations of blood 🩸 your system adjust and normally that takes care of it for a long time
