HIGH hemoglobin and blood donations???
So the past couple months my heart has been acting up(irregular beat/palpitations/odd feeling) so I finally went and got testing done and chest xray showed clear lungs/normal looking heart, EKG came back normal and blood work came back all good.....good cholesterol was a little low(from test use he said) and my bad cholesterol was great being 2.7. Kidney and liver function all good and fasted blood sugar good as well, BUT my hemoglobin is high being 180 so my doc has me on baby asprin and got my off my test and going for another blood test in one month to check hemoglobin again and test levels.
I asked if donating blood will help lower my hemo levels and he said not to because I have above normal test levels, well If donating will help me feel better why the fuck shouldn't I??? I've never donated before so will doing so help thin my blood/lower my hemo levels? Thanks

If your Dr has never recommended that you donate regularly, then I'd really think about his level of experience in regards to AAS.
Most Drs dont know much..Australia included.
Donating regularly will keep your haemoglobin level stable.
The benefits of Donating blood for us and the lifesaving benefits others receive compell me to make it a regular thing i do.
if you let your haemoglobin level raise too high, they dont always let you donate.

I'm in Canada, hopefully I'm able to donate. I'll lie on the form if need be just to get me drained! Feels like my heart is pumping sludge

Definitely donate, just don't put on the form you take anything that's not prescribed, you'll notice the benefits instantly.
Just think of the lucky sob getting a dose of test with his blood!

They don't screen the blood for any drugs? I'm donating via Canada Blood Services tomorrow, but first they are doing a finger prick test to check is my hemoglobin is too high. Like fuck I know it's high so I hope I don't get sent away

My hemoglobin came in at 180 so that's 18 right? If they won't take my blood I'll just drain myself then!
