You from Canada? Their values are 120-180. In the US it’s different 11-18.

I heard about supplementing with IP-6 to help absorb iron in the body. I never tried it before but it might be worth a shot.

I'm done being a guinea pig and also done adding things to negate other things. Having heart issues is no fucking joke. I've never done the blood donation every 3 months so I'm hoping giving blood will bring me back to normal. If I can't continue running low dose test so be it. I'd rather live longer being natty then drop dead 20-30 years early and feeling like shit until that point. Feel me lol?

You will feel better if you donate regularly
In regards to you heart rate fluctuations my ECG showed there was no blockage but my rythym was up and down causing me to feel dizzy at times
I had a cardiac ablation done...easy as.
All good now.

Yah my EKG showed normal heart function and all blood testing came back great except my hemoglobin. I'm drinking lots of water and taking baby aspirin so hopefully I'll be allowed to donate today. I'll be giving blood every 3 months for now on and keeping salt low.

Honestly 180 (or 18) isn’t that deathly. Seen worse and has worse. Go donate and you will live. Donate on the reg, CLO AND E daily (not close to donating), and eat healthy. You will live and not die.
