Donating blood will help, I personally have to give or get tested weekly due to some other issues. I'd skip the baby aspirin personally.
One thing you might also consider is if you have sleep apnea. A lack of oxygen in the blood will also cause this. I had to go on a cpap last year to help with my issues. It did make a difference.

I will donate a pint / unit every week. I have to go weekly to the donation site and when they check my blood, if its over 14.5 I have to give. 9 times out of 10 I would have to give, however since I've been using the cpap machine its dropped to maybe once a month. My red blood count was high even after I stopped trt, so I have some other things going on but my blood doctor thinks that its the lack of oxygen in my system from sleep apnea that's caused most of it. He also discontinued my use of fenofibrate which is a cholesterol drug. It can also raise red blood counts.
I feel great anytime I give, so its no issue for me any longer.

WOW 450mls per week, that's crazy brother. I've never donated before and NEVER felt so awful in my life, but I'm getting older lol. This past blast I used primo and proviron at the end and I think one of those two compounds(OR BOTH)jacked my hemo right the fuck up. I haven't used primo in a long time and it was my first time running proviron and the proviron gave me a good outbreak of acne that's still clearing up. Once I get back to normal all I want to be able to run in test and var and maybe mast too, but If not oh well right
