Interesting. See i feel better, but also feel like I should get another 450mls out of me to feel great again? I'm going to donate every 56 days for now on and hopefully that will be good enough. Currently I'm letting the test-cyp clear my system then going to do another hemoglobin test and see where I'm at. Hopefully I'll be healthy enough to start test again.

Just watch your Iron levels cause when you donate it lowers it too !! But other then that,I haven’t had to donate in a good long while I think last summer was the last time ,I’m supposed to get checked again soon to see where I stand because I’m nearly 1/2 way through this cycle I’m on

Yah I'm going to be getting blood work every 3 months now like clock work to check everything! So far I'm avoiding iron as I can feel my hemo is still high, like I can still feel my heart is working harder to pump blood thus baby aspirin daily for now. I'm actually trying to find a hemoglobin meter/test kit so I can check myself out and know EXACTLY when I should be donating/draining blood. No luck finding a meter here in Canada yet

What % is your blood thickness levels ? They should be like form 42%-49% ? Mine runs around 48% most of the time and that’s optimal

Im in Canada, my hemoglobin came back at 180 and 5 days ago when I did the finger prick test before donating i was told my hemoglobin was 191 and I was ok to donate. Pretty sure I need to get more whole blood out of my system, but can't donate so will have to do it myself. I do blood work again on February 20th.

I'm going to buy a hemoglobin meter if I can find one.
