30 years old. High blood pressure.
Have been on trt for about 4 years, but generally run it at 250-400mg and stack something with it. Deca, winny, ect. Recently having BP issues. I am leanish at 11% bf weighing 230. I do NOT do cardio as I always struggled to put on size/weight. Now, wondering where I should start. I thought of just running an actual trt dose for a few months and maybe add in some cardio? My BP was 150/90 and 95bpm. But has been higher 170/90

I would get in to see the doctor so he can check you out. I encourage you to start cardio. Even moderate cardio 2 -3 times a week consistently can make a big difference. How's your diet? Other factors to consider - stress, sleep problems, alcohol intake, underlying health issues. Make that appointment with your doctor. Believe me he sees this all the time. Keep us posted brother.

On TRT at possibly 400 but add winny, dec etc??? Confused. Well moving on. I would....
1. Call your doc first
2. Get back down to 100mg test and NOTHING else.
3. Cardio 5x a week for a min of 30min.
4. 5mg cialis, garlic, coq10, fiber, and nattokinase.

I would go get bloodwork a full work up along with a full male panel , Without that information we are all just shooting in the dark, One thing I always do on cycle is go donate blood because we all know gear raises your RBC even when I just run TRT is still donate blood banks love our blood but you can’t tell them you are on gear because they will flag you and won’t allow you to donate.

You started trt when you were 26 or you've been running gear since you were 26??? Big difference!
IMHO you need to get off gear completely and sort out your health first. Not doing any cardio/putting size before overall health was not a good idea brother and you need to start daily cardio ASAP. So get off gear and run a basic nolva pct. This is what I suggest starting today:
Cut out all simple sugars
All fats come from OV olive oil, avocado's/oil, eggs
Start 2 caps fish oils 3x day
Start eating healthy fats 3x day
Eat more whole eggs
Stick to 3 meals per day
2x20 minute cardio sessions per day and aim for 1 hour walking outside DAILY
START DIETING, the easiest way to lower BP is to drop weight
Keep caffeine intake low
NO BOOZE!!!
NO ciggs!!!
NO fast food!!!
NO products with vegetable oils!!!
Keep sodium low!
Supps to start:
green tea
berberine
coq10
b complex
k2/d3 combo
The 3 most important things to do are start dieting, daily cardio, start eating healthy fats/fish oils. Follow a new routine for a month then check your BP, hopefully it will be on the way down
