Just curious how high do you guys let your ALT go when you cycle orals and other compounds till you realize to hop off.

It will always go up. Depends on the oral but it will come down when off, over time and with some TUDCA or Glutathione

mines at 109 AST is in normal range tren var test so it’s way up there taking tudca as well

Add Glutathione..it helps. Had a high 140 but was able to drop it to 43 after oral/tbol was done. Taking that tudca,Glutathione and that precursor.. NAC

Hard training elevates ALT/AST as well. Throw in orals, going to have elevated liver enzymes.
