      That's actually a good idea mixing the oats in. I'm gonna try it. Sick of making a side bowl of oatmeal with my 5 egg, sausage, cheese scramble I make every morning

      i do somewhat of the same thing,but i use a casserole dish and mix it all up and toss in microwave while i am showering

      I got to tell u guys that the oats in the eggs is pretty damn good!! I didn't have the ham to throw in so I added another cheese (lol) and it was delicious ! I didn't tell my wife that I threw in 1/2 cup of oats because I didn't think she would like the sound of that but she cleaned her plate and so did I . Thanks again

      Well,According to me that energetic breakfast give us a lot of the energy so breakfast has own importance in our life.
      We should be eat the healthier breakfast in the morning so different people like the different breakfast for get good energy.
      Mostly i like these breakfast for get good proteins,...
      Eggs with bread
      Bread with cheese
      Milk and yogurt
      Pasta
      Fresh fruits juices.
