Pancakes
Another recipe
2 ripe bananas
2 scoops of protein (vanilla for me)
4 eggs
mash the bananas in a bowl
wisk your eggs up, dump them in with the bananas
add your protein powder
wisk until it has pancake batter consistency
and cook them
makes a double batch
about a 4inch pancake
42 calories
3g carbs
2g sugar
5g protein
mind you this is with my protein powder, and my math may be off a bit. But for a junk food craving or a cheat meal why not.
