If you are training and eating healthy you should definitely try this recipe out.
It’s simple , tastes good and quick to do.

      Ingridients required

      • Ground Beef
      • Bacon
      • Chicken
      • Sweet potatoes
      • Broccoli
      • Seasoning(salt, pepper)
      • Cheese
      • Olive Oil
      • BBQ sauce (optional)

      Kitchen equipment

      • Pan
      • Oven
      • Cutting board
      • Knife

      Step 1.
Before you start doing anything your oven must be turned on to 170°C ( 350 °F)
Cut your sweet potatoes into little pieces.
Cut your chicken into smaller pieces so it will cook faster.

      Step 2.
Mix the sweet potatoes and the broccoli together, pour some olive oil on, season with a little salt and put in the oven.
Pour some olive oil on your pan .
Put the ground beef, chicken and bacon on the pan and start cooking.

      Step 3.
After approximately 20-30 minutes your meat should be cooked .
Put some cheese and seasoning on it while it is still on the pan.
Your sweet potatoes and broccoli should be ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

      Step 4.
Put the meat, sweet potatoes and broccoli on a dish.
Pour some BBQ sauce on the meat.

      Step 5.
