Nothing says 'weekend' like a stack of hot pancakes. These pancakes are the perfect balance of healthy and decadent for your weekend breakfast.
Ingredients Pancakes:
◆ 1 scoop ProSupps Vanilla TC-F isolate protein
◆ 1/2 cup (113g) fat-free cottage cheese
◆ 1/2 Cup (40g) quick oats -dry
◆ 4 egg whites
◆ 2 packets sweetener
◆ 1 tsp cinnamon
◆ 1/8 tsp baking powder
◆ 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
◆ 1/4 cup water
Topping Ingredients:
◆ 5oz gala apple, peeled and sliced
◆ 2 packets sweetener
◆ 1/8 tsp cinnamon
◆ Water
Directions:
Heat a pan on medium heat, place topping ingredients in sauce pan and add enough water to cover apples. Once the apples have softened reduce to low heat.
Place all pancakes ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth batter. Cook on a skillet at 300°.
Serves two (makes 8 - 6" pancakes)
