      Oven cooking

What's the best way to cook pork chops in the oven bake, broil, or convection? I would rather use my grill but its going to be raining all day, Thanks.

If you want to bake it, you can buy these oven racks, put the meat on them and put them above a oven pan. The fat/grease will drip off and the pan will catch it.

I ended up putting them in a dish rubbed olive oil, garlic salt and garlic powder on them and baked . They tasted great but the texture was horrible, dog ate good.
