4 scoops of mass gainer
Cup of whole milk
3 tbs peanutbutter
large scoop of ice
Scoop of creatine
scoop of BCAA

put it in the blender, but it better be a good one, blend that shit! Comes out almost the consistency of a pudding, taste like chocolate peanutbutter pudding, freakin good, but hard to put down cause of the thickness
