      Mass Gainer Pudding

      Did this shit totally by accident today, figured I'd substitute whole milk for water.

      4 scoops of mass gainer
      Cup of whole milk
      3 tbs peanutbutter
      large scoop of ice
      Scoop of creatine
      scoop of BCAA

      put it in the blender, but it better be a good one, blend that shit! Comes out almost the consistency of a pudding, taste like chocolate peanutbutter pudding, freakin good, but hard to put down cause of the thickness
      The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!

      Thats what casein protein usually does when I mix it. I think i put in too much protein. It tastes great tho.

      Casein does the same for me and cinnamon bun flavor is so good. I will add water, ice and a banana blended and yum yum!

      Freakin good, next shift I'll leave out the creatine make a batch and put in the fridge so it's ready after I lift. I could only put down half the blender, the other half I put in a bowl next to the Christmas cookies at the firehouse and the guys love it, they are dipping their cookies in it! If they only knew what it was!
      The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
