      Homemade protien bars

      Hey brothers.
i had a shit load of vanilla flavored whey protien that I got sick of and it just wouldn't finish , so I decided to experiment and it payed off.
i made a heap of protien bars , I haven't worked out the exact macros , but it's pretty easy .
i used a bowl of the whey powder (30 scoops, 1.5 scoops = 34 grams of protien)
2 cups of oats that I powdered in the blender ( left a handful whole for texture)
800 grams of natural peanut butter with the oil that was sitting at the top poured off.
a heap of cocoa powder ( the fancy shit )
      2 table spoons cinnamon .
i mixed all this together by hand, it's very tough and basicly you have to rub it together between your hands to evenly distribute it all, you will notice it is too dry.
i mixed 2 satchels of vegan gelling agent ( agah agah) In 400 mls of water and boiled for 2 minutes ( following instruction on pack.)
poured the gelling agent with the protien mixture and mixed it together fast ( before the gelling agent cools, you'll notice it get tougher and tougher.)
spread the mixture out on a baking tray with plastic lining it, put a layer of plastic on top, and used another tray to flatten it out perfectly .
put it in the fridge to set .
cut it into even sized bars with a pizza cutter .
you can basicly fool around with it and add what ever you want.
i will be making more of these , using different combinations.
