Frozen berries are always a great addition--keeps from having to add ice--I like my shakes cold. They're high in antioxidants & fiber. Sometimes, I blend up kale & spinach and pour into a silicone muffin tin and freeze them. I do it when I can catch those big bags of prepped greens marked down. Then, when I make a shake, I pop 2 of the portions into the blender.
I've also been using MTS Machine Greens Machine Greens + Multi.
Pasteurized egg whites are good. Lots of people don't know you can drink them straight from the carton w/o any absorption issues, etc.
I found an APPLE flavored IsoCool whey. That sh*t was pretty nasty otherwise, but in a GREENS SHAKE, it works pretty well.
