found bananas always made me puke during gym so ive switched to grapes. read in a book by Dr Franco Columbu that grapes were a good addition to training during a comp prep.

Try FREEZING those little bastards...YES, Freezing them. They're like little bite-sized grape slushies. Grape juice is known as a VERY fast carbohydrate. Not sure how that translates to grapes, but I'm sure the fruit isn't much slower.
For me, I like all kinds of fruits. Frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), I eat almost daily in a smoothie w/ a bunch of spinach/kale. Oranges, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, MANGOES, PINEAPPLE, Fuji Apples
