Breakfast Recipes - Which one is highest calories ?
Hello Guys,
Do you know it will be easy to be fat if you dont like to eat Breakfast? Don't be lazy,let's do delicious breakfast for ourselves in a sunny morning.
It seems many people like to eat Avocado & Egg on the breakfast,share you two recipes about these 2 popular ingredients. Which one do you think is the highest calories ?
1. Cheesy Spinach Baked Eggs
Ingredients
4 teaspoons olive oil (divided in 2)
12 cups fresh spinach (divided in 2)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup shredded cheese of choice ( I used a low fat mozzarella)*
6 eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Pour 2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet.
Add 1 teaspoon of garlic and half the spinach.
Saute for 2-3 minutes until it is wilted.
Add 1/2 cup of cheese and stir until well combined.
Spray the ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate the spinach cheese mixture into 3 ramekins.
Add 2 more teaspoons of oil to your skillet, garlic and the rest of the spinach and cook as before.
Separate among 3 more ramekins.
Carefully crack one egg over each spinach mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes for slightly runny yolks.
Add some salt and pepper and some fruit and breakfast is served!
2. Avocado Egg Salad Spring Rolls
Ingredients
1 egg, hard boiled, shell removed
2 egg whites, hard boiled, shell removed
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lemon, juice only
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced red pepper
1/4 cup sliced yellow pepper
4 rice paper wrappers
fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Dice the egg and whites together in a bowl.
Add the avocado and mash together.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix in the red onion and set aside.
In a shallow bowl pour in warm water and place one rice wrapper in to soften for about a minute.
Lay a clean towel on a cutting board and place rice wrapper on towel.
Place mint leaves in the middle of the rice wrapper.
Place a few slices of peppers onto mint leaves.
Scoop half the egg avocado mixture onto the peppers and roll up each side.
Set aside and continue with the second rice wrapper.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
