When that sweet tooth craving hits, it's nice to have these around instead of eating some processed protein bar.
2 Tbs all natural peanut butter (I warm in a bowl in the microwave before for easier mixing)
1 Tsp pure honey
3/4 cup fat free milk
2 cups old fashioned oats
4 scoops protein powder (choc or peanut butter)
2 Tbs sugar free butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 packet of splenda (any sweetner)
1 Tbs 100% natural unsweetened cacao
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon out preferred portion size onto wax paper. I then put these in the freezer to set up. After set up I place in container & store in freezer (fridge will work) because I like the consistency when mostly frozen. Also I usually make a larger batch so I simply double all recipe ingredients. These are simply a nice option when that sweet tooth craving sneaks up.
