Bomb ass bodybuilder french toast....yea
2 slices p28 bread, 3/4 cup egg beaters, 1/4c vanilla unsweet almond milk, 1 scoop your preferred vanilla protein.
Put egg, milk, and protein in a shaker and give it a whoopin. Feel free to add some stevia and or cinnamon too.
I like to use a container that fits the bread pretty tightly(my meal prep containers are almost perfect). Pour in liquid then add first slice, more liquid on top then second slice, pour remaining liquid over the top. Take a second container and put it on top and give it a gentle squish and let the bread soak up all the goodness.
Fry in a skillet with lots of butter flavored pam. Try to use a good pan cuz this shit will stick easily. Cook like normal french toast. Top with generous amounts of sugar free syrup and enjoy!

Rough macros per 2 slices with .25c sugar free syrup:
40g carbs
9g fat
70g protein
500 calories
