3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat

directions
measure 3/4 cup of reduced fat peanut butter add to bowl
add 3 scoops of protein powder 1 scoop at a time, stir well after each scoop until dough forms
roll dough into balls 11 balls
freeze over nite.

pull out and let thaw at room temp until desired hardness is reached

with my protein powder I'm at calories: 110, calories from protein 40, protein 10g
fat 5g, carbs 6g, sugar 3 g.

not a every day item but it beats the hell out of donut holes
