Pumpkin Cookies
Makes one dozen cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Sugar Substitute
1 cup rolled oats
1 ½ cups Your Whey protein isolate
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons water
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon molasses
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 In a large bowl, combine sugar substitute, oats, Your Whey Protein, baking soda, baking powder,
cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in pumpkin, canola oil, water, egg whites, and molasses. Roll into 12 large balls,
and flatten on a baking sheet.
