      Turkey Burger with Horseradish Sauce

      Turkey Burger with Horseradish Sauce



      Serves: 4
      Preparation time: 15 minutes
      Cook time: 12 minutes

      Ingredients

      1 lb extra lean ground turkey breast (99% lean)

      1 garlic clove, minced

      1/2 C (4oz) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

      1/2 tsp salt substitute

      1/4 tsp fresh black pepper

      1 Tbsp dry mustard

      1 Tbsp Low Sodium Worcestershire sauce

      1/2 C red bell pepper, diced

      1/2 C fresh parsley, chopped

      4 whole-wheat buns

      Lettuce, tomato, onion

      Olive Oil cooking spray

      Horseradish Sauce


      Preparation

      Mix all ingredients except lettuce, tomato, onion, and spray together in bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill burgers on each side for about 6 minutes or when top feels firm to press. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauce.

      Damn that looks great! I very rarely eat beef burgers,but my turkey burgers never look that good!
