      Turkey Meatloaf

      Hey guys,

So something a bit different for everyone to try.

Also, I realise that it has only recently been Thanksgiving in the States, so you may all be well and truly over Turkey. Alas here down under we aren't so fortunate.

I was hunting online for recipes to incorporate ground turkey into and came across this gem on Classic Physique God Chris BUMSTEAD's youtube channel.

For those of you unfamiliar with Chris, check him out, ridiculous rig and crazy proportions, albeit he's a bit of a geek in his videos.

Anyway the recipe goes like this.

      ingredients:
      2 packs ground turkey
      100gm oats
      2 whole eggs
      half chopped onion
      season with:
      worcestshire sauce
      sugar free bbq/ketchup
      basil/rosemary

Combine in a bowl and drop into a greased cake tin. I used light olive oil spray, you could use anything really.

Bake for 50 mins @ 180C. Pull it out and dump a whole heap of the bbq sauce/ketchup on top for the glaze then pop it back in for ten or so mins.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

I plugged this into MFP and divided the loaf into 6 equal portions yielding:
