MHP Protein Pudding is a Rip - Check This Idea Out

Two jugs of skim and lactose-free Fairlife milk and six boxes of sugar-free butterscotch pudding yields the same amount of protein as MHP's protein pudding (180 grams; one jug of skim Fairlife is 90 grams).

$13. MHP's is $23, if bought Amazon Prime.

A perfect example of how advertising has an affect on the minds of sheep...I remember back in the 70s how Arnold and the rest were paid to advocate for protein powder that was no better than dried milk powder and tasted horrible! The Rolling Stones had a song called satisfaction that delved into the psychological effects of advertising...

Paying $15 for 6 packets of pudding which has 100 calories, 15 grams of protein and probably taste like dirt . I’ll stick with my protein bars which have 14g protein and 5 bars for $6 . It taste like a sweet candy bar , not super hard or chewy either

Luckily I just eat food. The supplement industry is overpriced junk these days.

I eat food too , but sometimes at work I get hungry before my breaks . Plus I don’t have to wash my hands or take my gloves off to eat a protein bar ( no vending machines at work )

Man forget buying that pudding packet stuff when you can literally make your own. Buy a good whey/caesin blend like select protein or clean protein and mix 2 scoops with just enough water to make it into a batter form. Add some peanut butter if you’d like, put it in the fridge for 15-20mins and you have yourself protein pudding for a fraction of the cost

Back in the early 90's. I used to put protein powder in some cheap pudding mix and have pudding a few minutes later that had a serving of protein in it. But that is more old school. Maybe I should have patented my formula.
