another great option is steak and fried eggs with steamed broccoli then tossed with extra virgin olive oil and salt and i add sautéed spinach

another is grilled chicken with lemon and pepper with grilled capsicum i believe you call them bell peppers and grilled zucchini little salt maybe some extra virgin olive oil

baked steamed or grilled fish whether it’s salmon tuna basa or tilapia with sautéed spinach grilled asparagus

canned tuna with pico de gallo and guacamole and bit of watermelon to finish

or bbq steak with grilled oysters rockerfeller with spinach ( i made it keto adapted from guy fieri) or chargrilled oysters on the bbq with a garlic butter sautéed spinach

another go to or mine is a triple beef bacon chews burger bunless and for desert either a low carb fruit or zero cal raspberry jello

or for desert is a heavy cream high protein strawberry ice cream. please feel free to pm for any recipe
all that’s mentioned are super simple easy fast . because i’m no chef i want my food to taste amazing and to be bloody fast to cook haha

also don’t over look if you have access to low carb bread ( if you don’t want to make a cloud bread or whatever like who has the time?) low carb bread deli meat double cheese sandwich or better yet make that a grillled cheese bad boi. any deli meat roast beef , ham , turkey , chicken breast - even go for the low fat cheese in the plastic singles double or triple that up alongside the protein toast and you’re good to go the carbs will be under 8g per sandwich
