Cream cheese Cajun burger.

Sauteed diced onion, 12-15 small pinches of cream cheese and Tony's Cajun seasoning. I do 6-8 oz patties cooked on cast iron skillet for crispy exterior. Cocount oil. 2 slices of deli sliced provolone melted on top of patty. I pour shredded cheese in cereal bowl and big dollup of sour cream. Burger on top of shredded cheese and pour remaining coconut oil on top.
