      Monte Cristo (sweet and savory)

      -4oz egg whites
      -30ml sugar free maple syrup
      -4 Splenda
***mix above ingredients together (yes, the bread is getting soaked in with maple syrup)

-3 slices bread soaked in above mixture

-3 slices meat of your choice (I used Kirkland turkey slices)
-40 grams provolone (or whatever you want)
-3 servings sugar Free raspberry preserves

***cook bread to desired texture (I air fry mine after with the cheese on it for extra crisp on the bread)
      -Sear meat on pan

      - put sandwich together and top with stevia confectioners sugar

Anyone got the Remington James cookbook? It’s very similar I’m betting to Greg’s. I’ll trade! He’s got some cool recipes on YouTube. I’ve been using Greg’s recipes for almost a month, and the results are the best I’ve had on previous diets. Getting lean! And not suffering is awesome!
