Cooking eggs doesn’t make them bio available, which you know. It does however increase protein assimilation in the digestive track. This is one of several studies supporting that. How Primodaddy came up with 50% is just a scientific wild ass guess from what I can tell. Amount and fate of egg protein escaping assimilation in the small intestine of humans. - PubMed - NCBI

If I eat 5 eggs my body will get absorb 15g of protein but if I just eat 10 now all of a sudden it can process 30g at the exact same time.

Still sometimes don't have time to cook and a fast healthy natural shake is better than pocessed powders.

Ill buy this to an extent but as I'm reading the very first paragraph, 10 participants, from an experimenters standpoint that is absolutely terrible.

      Also a few other things
      1. This study was done in 1999, lots of things have changed since then. Id like to see a more recent study. I didn't do a search but I know you said there were others.
      2. These participants weren't on Anabolic steroids. I imagine protein absorption would be increased some one of us.
      3. Lastly and most importantly, it states the only eggs were eaten. Eggs have no fiber. Fiber slows down the absorption and pass through time of everything in GI Tract. Adding fiber and simply other macros will delay gastric emptying. Nutrients passing into the small intestine slower should increase this as well.

Not the best study but I'm not discounting the theory. It just doesn't make study. Generally speaking heating, freezing or even blending certain things denatures enzymes and makes them less absorbable. I just don't know why eggs are the opposite.
