This is beast. You don’t worry about salmonella from uncooked eggs?

1 in 20,000 Eggs have salmonella. Plus with better pasteurization techniques salmonella can kiss my ass.

You need to cook the egg to make the protein bio available. Raw eggs only provide half the protein that cooked eggs do if that.

I use pasteurized egg whites in the carton. $9 for a case of 6 16oz cartons at Costco. Can’t buy whole eggs cheaper. Pasteurization activates the protein and zero chance of Salmonella.

I know of 1 study out there that days that. In the big scheme of things I need to see more replicated experiments to believe that. For instance it makes no sense to me that its 50%. If I eat 5 eggs my body will get absorb 15g of protein but if I just eat 10 now all of a sudden it can process 30g at the exact same time.
Still sometimes don't have time to cook and a fast healthy natural shake is better than pocessed powders.

I love it.... You can tweak it with cocoa, cinnamon other stuff that doesn't add calories or add a scoop of sugar free ice cream and its still pretty healthy.
Only time I eat pure whey is after my workout.
