      Eggs & Oats With Tuna

Here's a super easy and macro rich breakfast that anyone can do.

      Servings: 1

      Ingredients:

      1 Bowl of Cooked Oats
      1 Fried Egg
      6oz Tuna in Water
      Low Sodium Soy Sauce
      Sesame Oil

      Directions

Top bowl of warm cooked oats with canned tuna and fried egg. Drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.Simple enough for ya?? I like to sprinkle some oregano and Italian seasoning on top.

I have just done the cooked oats and tuna with a little pepper and that was like a poor man's chicken and noodles...hmmm, but an egg or egg whites could add a little to it.

The egg really does add a great flavor to this dish brother.Try it out and post up how you like it then.I like to add some Habenero pepper sauce to it as well for even more flavor and some kick.Try it out.
