      peanut butter??

      trying to cut some body fat still. but dam i still like to hit up a thick peanut butter and honey sandwich and glass of cold milk sometimes before bed is that bad??

      If you are trying to lose some weight I wouldn't have it before bed.

      ^^^I agree. If you are wanting to lose alot of weight I wouldn't eat for about 2 hours before bed.

      ^^^ what they said. When your trying to lose weight eating bf bed is one of the worst things you can do. 2 hrs before you hit the sack should be just fine.

      No wonder I can't seem to loose my belly fat... always knew it, I guess I just didn't want to admit it though.. Love my PBJ"S with milk before bed..... Will have to substitute that with a Casein Shake instead....

      Agreed.....I did read somewhere that Peanut butter is a food which promotes better sleep. But I always cut food 2 hrs before bed. Water is another story...I drink all the way to sleep time and again first thing when I wake up.....I hate the feeling of being dehydrated.
